- Municipal Code - which can be found in the link below.
- Driver's License and NJ FID Numbers
- References - 4 references with email address, home address, and phone number​
- Training certification with Use of Force Training

QUALIFICATIONS
You will receive a written qualification with all of your information, including make, model, caliber and serial number of handgun(s) you intend to carry. In addition, you will receive a copy of your Instructors Name and Certification. You have six (6) months after completing your qualification test to apply for your carry license.
